If you believe you have received a faulty product or if the product has been damaged in transit please contact support@aegirketill.com to initiate the returns or replacement procedure.

Refunds and returns policy

Refunds – Refunds in the form of store credit or replacements will be possible for products damaged during shipping.

Returns – Aegir Ketill does not accept returns for unwanted or incorrect orders. If you wish to discuss product returns please email support@aegirketill.com.

Time – For damage that occurred during shipping the refund request must be raised within 7 days of receiving your package.

Method of refund – For damaged items during shipping you will receive store credit or replacement items.

Product condition – Returns for opened and unwanted products are not available.

Charges – If damage has occurred during shipping no cost will be to the customer.
